Disclaimer

ApexCheck helps users observe browser-visible behavior and compare results, but it is not a substitute for laboratory measurement, formal certification, platform moderation tooling, or professional repair advice.

1. Diagnostic use only

ApexCheck is designed for practical online checks. A passing or failing result should be treated as a troubleshooting signal, not as final proof of hardware condition, warranty eligibility, safety, or platform policy compliance.

2. Browser and device limits

Browser diagnostics only reflect the events and measurements exposed to the page at that moment.

  • Permissions, browser focus, background throttling, extension interference, and privacy settings can change what the page can observe.
  • Operating system settings, vendor drivers, dongles, hubs, adapters, or wireless conditions may affect results before they reach the browser.
  • Different browsers or devices may expose different event timing, gesture interpretation, media constraints, or hardware identifiers.

3. Local processing does not equal total invisibility

Many ApexCheck tools process input locally in the browser, but your own browser, operating system, extensions, or third-party services can still create logs or telemetry outside ApexCheck's control.

4. Hidden watermark limitations

The Hidden Watermark Checker looks for common browser-visible signals such as metadata, alpha channels, and suspicious pixel patterns. It cannot guarantee detection of every invisible watermark, and some marks can only be verified by the platform or proprietary algorithm that created them.

5. No repair, legal, or platform guarantee

Use ApexCheck as one input in a broader troubleshooting process, not as the sole basis for expensive or high-stakes decisions.

  • For hardware replacement or repair decisions, compare multiple browsers, cables, ports, or devices and seek qualified technical inspection when needed.
  • ApexCheck does not provide legal advice, compliance certification, forensic analysis, or expert testimony.
  • ApexCheck does not certify whether a file is accepted by Google, social platforms, marketplaces, or any moderation or copyright review system.
